“Flegga” feta is the traditional Greek cheese produced from 100% fresh pasteurized goat's and sheep’s milk (30:70). It is a soft, white cheese and it is registered as a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO).

Our feta cheese acquires its special flavor, texture and aroma, through a recipe that lasts generations, without using any preservatives and through a unique ripening from 3 to 12 months. Our high quality cheese, has compact structure and easy to cut, without rubbing.

Tips: You can eat feta as an appetizer, as a side dish, as a salad ingredient, mainly traditional Greek salad (choriatiki salad), but also as a pie filling. Ideally combined with the traditional Greek ouzo, tsipouro or retsina.
