"Flegga" graviera cheese stands out for its quality! It is a hard cheese with special aroma and rich taste. It is produced by 100% Greek, pasteurized, fresh, goat/ sheep milk.
Tips: You can use it in foods, to give them a special salty taste. You can also taste it grated, or fry it (greek saganaki) or raw with a wine. Our graviera cheese, even after the ripening, retains its softness and sweetness, we can accompany it with a soft Agiorgitiko wine, with soft tanines.
